Construction Management

Pre-Construction Phase

  • Conduct site visit & survey base building existing conditions
  • Establish budgets & project schedules and pre-construction meetings
  • Facilitate consultant coordination
  • Identify & pre-order long lead delivery items to meet schedule requirements

Tender & Award

  • Administer & manage open bid tender process
  • Competitively tender each trade package to prequalified subcontractors
  • Evaluate proposals and pricing & provide a comprehensive tender analysis

Construction Phase
